Colombian rebels replace felled leader

In a statement released Tuesday, the rebels said that Milton de Jesus Toncel, alias "Joaquin Gomez," would replace Raul Reyes, who was killed by Colombian troops Saturday along with 22 other members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, or FARC.
